Stock options are good. Team and technology stack is top tier.

Cons

Management plays favorite with certain employees and managers have conflict of interest. The Management position is about being a yes man in order to back their reporting manager happy. Lots of jobs are outsourced to Bangalore and instead. Managers will place you on a pip for political reasons, HR will comply with this and make it hard for you to pursue further opportunities ny malaigning you in future reference checks. Pips are given so that benefits do not have to be paid out. No accountability for Senior management they are in it for themselves.

Nice people who believe in the company mission. Company pays well.

Cons

Very little diversity in the workplace- especially racially and age-wise. If a work/life balance is important to you, this may not be a good place to work. Can be long hours, with a lot of pressure. Very little training in your actual job, once you get hired. Often a “sink or swim” environment. Newly promoted managers don’t seem to be given any training on how to actually manage people.
