      Pros

      Company's mission was to empower community financial institutions; my co-workers in Relationship Management Dept and many other departments.; my community bank customers.

      Cons

      Work load was excessive to impossible; major software release was a disaster creating massive time consumption and upset customers; compensation was average at best; middle management was poor; upper management was good old boys club (few females and only Anglo Saxon); lots of politics.

      Pros

      Several smart people work there. Q2 will probably fire them soon.

      Cons

      You'll be overworked, underpaid, forced to deal with toxic and borderline mentally-ill leadership with the worst double-think rhetoric. People at Q2 work hard, not smart and management is so distracted by trying to make their numbers look outstanding that they block any true progress. Everyone is drowning and you'll get pulled under if you're not constantly fighting to stay above water. The turnover rate is unbelievable and the disgustingly fake diversity "initiatives" do more harm than good. Do not take a job here unless you are going to miss bills, and if you do, enter with an exit strategy. Benefits are a joke and with "your PTO" in place, management is given even more flexibility to deny you vacation. New hires are encouraged to leave next door reviews almost immediately. Intense yes-man environment.

      Great company for making an impact!

      Pros

      Great mission and people. I get to do a job I love with people I respect and make a competitive compensation package. I love getting to be in a role where I'm able to have an impact on the company's success, and where that impact is only limited by ideas and the ability to do everything at once. It's a fast-paced environment where being nimble is an advantage.

      Cons

      For people who need a lot of structure, who prefer dependable days and well-planned months, this environment could be challenging.
