      Flex PTO. Healthy snack options in the office.

      Cons

      1. HRBP is completely incompetent. 2. Company core mission seems to conflict with how they operate. Why would I open an account with a local financial institution that uses q2 software when q2 doesn’t seem to want local employees, moving to offshore more workers? No thanks.
