Pros

1. Great name to have on your CV - opens doors elsewhere 2. Comp packages at or slightly above market

Cons

1. Corporate culture and memory at risk with high staff turnover (Ave. tenor has dropped from >10 years to <5 years over the last few years) 2. Bureaucratic, cumbersome & overreaching corp. management 3. Workspaces shrinking fast, very little personal space at work - elbow room only 4. No retained profits or balance sheet to seed new products, most/all profits are paid back to its shareholder

Pros

The culture of company and attitude to employees is great.

Cons

Not too many opportunities as company is still middle-size. Also I found it quite stressful place to work in.
