We have been moving very quickly and, unfortunately, sometimes forget to take the time we need for ourselves. Great Culture, Strong Leadership, Good Strategy, Enjoy working here... demanding yet learning culture

Cons

HR needs to be stronger. Neither is recruitment strong nor are they able to create a brand image. Business partner and communication in wrong hands. not experienced nor skilled leader. HR makes the backbone of the company, this change in HR has impacted more than you can think. HR is only in 3 locations, all other employees have no HR. CPO travels but he alone cannot manage everything. Wrong Org structure in HR.

Pros

You can get a lot of great experience here in the data center environment and learn plenty for your next job. You will also learn how to duck and cover when politics begins to come into play. The pay is ok, benefits need work.

Cons

So very many. Leadership is horrendous. There are a few good ones left in prod mgmt, const. and a couple in sales. Outside of that, the really inspiring ones are gone because they where honest and did the right thing. Top guys don’t like that at QTS. Politics is played hard and fast here. If you are not careful or you say the wrong thing or have perceived alliances, you are out. The new regime felt like it was going to make some changes once the officer (but not a gentleman) was decommissioned but it did not happen. It’s really the same old business. Morale still sucks and the fake reviews on here to raise the ranking are shameful.
