Thank you for taking time to tell your QTS story. As a leader in operations, I can attest to many of your concerns. I want to assure you we are working on these through our Employee Value Proposition and our Performance Management cycle, to name a few. Thank you for the feedback and providing specifics. That is really helpful. We are aware of the concern over benefits and made some modifications for 2018 to try to adjust for feedback we received through the benefits survey. We will continue to look at this area to ensure we are offering a well-rounded package that meets the needs of our people.
