Pros

Great culture and vision. You feel that the company truly cares for you not only as an employee but also as a person. Fantastic product lineup and compensation plan for sellers that produce results. Issues are addressed quickly with a focus on getting better and becoming more efficient.

Cons

Dealing with the usual challenges that all companies deal with that are in hyper growth mode.

Pros

Teamwork is extraordinary, plenty of opportunities to learn more, able to have work/life balance, keep extremely busy

Cons

no personal space in seating, germs spread quickly, let client control how we manage their devices which requires special procedures for all of them making it difficult to manage, no organization, no accountability, let clients control scheduling which amounts to conflicts, much more concerned with nps scores rather than procedures/processes to make our jobs easier so that we can work more effectively
