Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of the growth that QTS has been able to achieve over the past several years, establishing QTS as one of the largest and fastest growing third party data center providers in the industry. This growth has been enabled, in part by QTS’ focus on technology innovation and thought leadership in how we approach our business strategy across a diversified set of customer verticals. As with many companies, communication continues to be opportunity in a fast paced, virtual world. We are proud of our engagement survey results in this area, benchmarking us at the 90th percentile of Gartner's global participants. This year we endeavor to make continued strides in manager communications, leveraging the great tools we have in place like Slack, and fostering more communication across departments.

Pros

I joined QTS as part of the Carpathia acquisition and was quickly pulled into the integration efforts where I was able to build new tools / processes for the company as I saw fit. QTS quickly recognized my hard work and promoted me! I was lucky enough to land on the strategic planning and investments team where I had great leadership and mentorship. I was given the opportunity to lead companywide projects and shape the way we conduct business. I also had plenty of opportunity to interact with the executive suite which is rare for a company this size. Great Leadership Room to grow Hard work is recognized

Cons

It can be difficult to get things approved and meetings often push do to scheduling conflicts I was let go as part of the restructuring but I was given a very generous severance package plus plenty of time and help in finding a new job. My manager supported me through the entire process and made sure I landed on my feet. He even came to my job interview out of state to support me!
