      Work Life Balance is great, coworkers and company culture and very good compared to others I've worked at.

      Cons

      Due to fast growth there are some growing pains in processes. Things get updated often but most times its for the better

      Low stress work environment, friendly co-workers and supervisors, most employees are motivated to do their jobs well, good work schedule, management listens and awards good work. Company is growing quickly

      Cons

      Not enough repair/maintenance work done by in house technicians, which can negatively affect your skill growth while working here. Would like to see that change over the coming years
