Benefits & PTO, possible prizes for quality & handling time

Cons

Calls are not recorded so customers can call back and say anything and complain because they really want a discount & you will get wrote up. 3 write ups/ false complaints no matter how long you’ve been there and you’re out. No sick days unless you have PTO left and random required days you have to work on your day off with short notice around the holidays and sporadically. You work all major holidays & do not make a living wage.
