Pros

Affiliation with the network; friendly, helpful management and staff, sort of exciting when the surge of calls happened after product highlight shows. Customers were fun, funny and delightful to talk to.

Cons

Talk time pressure versus the customer's determination to figure out the desired item based on bits and pieces of information; or faulty memory of what show, what time, what day product featured....argh!!!

Pros

-the ability to get time off -the benefit package

Cons

-the pay is disgustingly low -It's almost impossible to get a decent raise when due for a annual review -alot of favortism -Managers do not care for the well-being of the representatives -The representatives are treated more like a machine (a number to take calls) than a human being with feelings by the management
