Pros

Overall a friendly place to work with good benefits, a nice discount :), and fun little perks along the way.

Cons

Work-life balance and overall stress levels can be a problem. The biggest issue is the (lack-of) reward for managing those things successfully--there is really no career path here. They do promote from within, but only when someone leaves--there are no "levels" within a position. So, if you're a buyer, you're a buyer...until a senior buyer or director position opens and you and 12 other people interview for it. It would be great if, when you were promoted to buyer, you were a level 1--as you gain experience, prove yourself, that you had the ability to progress within your current position.

Pros

Pros include: OK pay, employee discount (10-30%; typically 10-15%)

Cons

Long hours :: Work well over 8 hours per day 24/7 Schedule - expect to be asked to work holiday weekends, with nothing but a "thanks" Lousy Raises :: Expect 1-2% max Horrible Mid-Level Management
