      Pros

      Hours were good and opportunities to expand my skills freely.

      Cons

      Policy adherence changed every time the policies were discussed. Seemed like every month there was a new interpretation of some policy we had to shift to.

      Pros

      training was good very informative set you up for success, calls were reputative a lot of the same thing, always someone there to help if needed. Raise every 6 months to start, liked that if it was a slow day we could put in for time off

      Cons

      didn't like that CSR had to meet a certain number of upsells per month because there weren't many sales calls in the role as it was mostly people calling for an issue with an item they'd already received so it was hard to meet the upsell quota, Also didn't feel as though there was much room for growth

      The data system was very old, always having issues with error messages. The customers were mostly upset about the new changes of the product & company. Had to rely on different departments of the company to get a answers to questions, answers would take usually 3-7 days and they would not contact the customer back. The customers had to call back. The KPIs rankings were hard to meet with the system issues and the upselling.
