Pros

Training is good. Fun class. Informative. Most customers are friendly even when they're upset.

Cons

Literally back-to-back calls. Problem after problem. No time to read your emails, Katie (information source), instant messages, do adherence. Everything must be read while on the clock with back - to-back calls. Supervisors are hands-off. Management doesn't seem to grant pto. You'll be waiting months for a response that never comes.

Cons

There are calls back to back. Also will get fired for not making the customer buy their products. Pay every 2 weeks.
