Do not expect support from the Leadership as they lack experience in the creative field. Creative leadership is not competent and some of them don't have creative or design backgrounds. It's the only performance-oriented place without taking the creative or design processes into account. If you come from an advertising agency, branding, or even a small quality design boutique that appreciates quality and design thinking, be aware of what you're about and who you will be around.

Building layout and conveyance was poorly designed. Q spent a lot and didn't get the return on the investment. Very challenging to operate at a high output. QxH needs to tighten up spending. GM is a revolving door and AGM doesn't exemplify Q culture.
