      Pros

      Good benefits, great coworkers for the most part, a lot of activities.

      Cons

      HR Staff is horrible Managers and supervisors are never on the same page with anything. The company expects way to much from their employees and doesn't pay enough. The raises suck. They are NOT a family friendly company no matter how much they say they care they don't! The rate is too high in some parts of the warehouse. It is no longer a fun place to work it is miserable!!!!! The only thing that can get you through your day anymore is your awesome coworkers the ones that are left anyway!

      Great people on the team I worked with.

      Cons

      Stagnant. Unmovable. Like the giant aircraft carrier trying to change direction... to get any thing moving forward there is nearly impossible.

      Pros

      Entry level positions available, interesting products, QVC promotes from within.

      Cons

      Young management is poorly trained to manage their subordinates. Most are very unprofessional and cannot lead a team. Pay is poor and training is minimal. You typically work 50+ hours a week without overtime compensation. Most departments are severely understaffed. Employee turn-over is extremely high.
