Cons

stagnant, resistent to change, demoralizing, 25 year old business model, 8 minute sells?

Pros

Good work/life balance. Great vacation and PTO. Can wear jeans to work. Pretty building if you work at the Studio Park location.

Cons

Demoralizing working for a company that just sells overpriced products to old women on TV. Salary is very bad and didn't get any bonuses or equity. Bar for entry is low. They hire contractors to come in and do all the new development while employees are stuck maintaining bad code. You have to rotate on-call with your team 24/7 (be prepared to get called in the middle of the night). Philly suburbs are a boring place to live, but maybe a pro if you're an older family man.

Pros

Basically it's a comfortable company to work for. Nice building, lots of perks.

Cons

If you are an hourly employee, you are totally screwed. I have watched exempt people get salary adjustments based on their grade level being modified, equity adjustments, bonus adjustments, but the "worker bees" get nothing. If you are over your grade level, you don't get a raise - it's been over 3 years since I have had a raise. They force you to leave the company or post out for a position you may not even want to potentially make more money. Also, a many of the newer, younger employees are stuck-up, self absorbed and will throw you under the bus if you don't watch out. I would love to meet their parents.
