Solid company with excellent benefits and a fast paced work environment depending on the department. Opportunity for career advancement if you take advantage of the education reimbursement program.

Cons

More often than not coworkers were out to get ahead themselves or only do the bare minimum and weren't really interested in a beneficial team environment. Management refused to hold the slackers accountable.

Cons

Mediocre salary, Unhappy people (in IT), Not much room for advancement, Knowledge hoarders, Work/Life balance highly variable depending on team placement, Incompetent management, lots of empty promises.

Entrepreneur Leadership culture and drive was replaced Professional MGMT team w bottom line focus. The mgmt paradigm promotes politics; the same concerns and issue existed for years.
