      My team was great! Everyone takes care of each other and greats each other by name. Great discount!

      Cons

      It's hard to move up in some departments. Work environment was crowded at times.

      Pros

      This job was close to home for me and offered part time hours which was what I wanted. The discount was generous; 30%. Most of the people I worked with were really nice. I liked the fast pace of the job, and that I never had to bring work home with me.

      Cons

      The part time schedules were very inflexible. I worked every weekend and somedays for two weeks straight, every day. Getting time off was not easy at all, even for a funeral. Raises were tiny and hard to obtain.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, excellent pay, you don't have supervisors on top of you all the time, no forced over time, nice discounts.

      Cons

      Supervisors need to pay more attention to complaints and manager should be on the floor more often listening to us the regular employees. Everything is numbers and numbers instead of listening to us.
