Pros

Good benefits, employee discount, and nice setting.

Cons

Overworked, under recognized and no support. If you are bright, talented and know your stuff, hide it! Management here does not like that. Don't expect a manager or a director to actually know anything about the area they manage. Most are playing the "Game" using the talent in their departments as pawns to get them to the next level. If a few pawns are lost along the way they don't care. They take credit for your successful ideas and throw you under the bus when their ideas fail. They constantly reorganize so they can promote each other while the pawns both hourly and salaried are passed around and discarded at the end of the shuffle. Conform to their twisted ideology or fail.

Pros

Lots of talented people to learn from and work with. A fair and innovative company to work for. Lots of opportunity to move up.

Cons

being laid off was the only con I have, but it couldn't be helped at the time due to the economy.
