Pros

Cool headquarters building. Cafe was outstanding. Worker bee's are great people. Other than that there isn't too many pros. Good pay I guess.

Cons

Too political. Senior leaders are spineless and look for scapegoats constantly. If you get good business results and one person says they don't like you then you are finished. Lots of incompetent leaders who can't get results walking around.

Pros

great benefits, maternity leave is paid (2/3 of salary) and you accrue a decent amount of vacation and personal time off.

Cons

management doesn't want to hear anything that goes against the grain. You are an employee number nothing more. You are pushed to produce, produce, produce. They will ask you to help out for the business needs but the second you need a little give on their end the turn their backs on you.

Nice location in chiswick but thats about it

Cons

Toxic senior leader in the digital team. Manipulative, dishonest and inappropriate. Does not follow company rules and enforces draconian rules of their own which is disconnected from the qvc culture leading to a toxic team. Openly discusses favouritism, politics, gender, race and staff appearance and if you have opposing views, you will become a target of theirs. If youre thinking about joining the digital team, dont. Worst team I have ever been in and no career progression whatsoever, constantly getting called out over petty and pathetic reasons. Very toxic!
