Pros

The pay is market competitive, the people I worked with on other departments were nice

Cons

Protection of senior managers despite obvious work place bullying and don’t take complaints seriously The bonus scheme is also awful in comparison to most other companies

Some good, most bad

Pros

There were some really lovely people working there.

Cons

The office feels strange - like you’re in a bubble. Lots of fake people, quite clickey. Senior members will ‘check’ on what you are doing, like they are spying on you, and then ‘grass you up.’ For example, leaving your desk to do something. ( but it’s ok for them, just not you. ) Felt very discriminated by this. Encountered some very 2 faced people. Management aren’t good, poorly handle situations. You have to suck up if you want to progress.
