The pay was poor. The software is outdated, unreliable, and interferes with your work. The work wasn't as frequent. The only way this job would be worth working is if you were hired within the company. But as a product writer, you will be working hard for very little pay.

Numerous cons: 1) Leadership that is more interested in pandering to causes than worrying about sales and their employees. 2) Hypocritical hiring practices and promotion methods. Respect all people, but turnaround and hire/promote based on bias agendas. 3) Lack of recognition. Squeaky wheel gets the grease while real workers are ignored. 4) Current management was put in place to score points for the outgoing company President. Only a matter of time before they ruin the company. They look diverse, but don't seem to know what they are doing. 5) Offering more money in referral bonuses than they give in compensation to employees who work long hours and contribute for an entire year.
