Pros

- Flexible hours. - Fantastic benefits (the benefits used to be better) - Friendly Atmosphere - Open door policy

Cons

- Regulations vary extremely depending in the department you work - Some department supervisors are extremely unqualified - The company as a whole does not encourage professional growth within the company. For example, if a QVC employee is promoted they will get paid substantially less than an "outside" hire. - Decline in employee benefits, pay, and overall moral.

Pros

This job was close to home for me and offered part time hours which was what I wanted. The discount was generous; 30%. Most of the people I worked with were really nice. I liked the fast pace of the job, and that I never had to bring work home with me.

Cons

The part time schedules were very inflexible. I worked every weekend and somedays for two weeks straight, every day. Getting time off was not easy at all, even for a funeral. Raises were tiny and hard to obtain.
