You could schedule your own hours

Cons

They didn't hire "full time" employees. You COULD work 40 hrs regularly, but not be entitled to benefits due to the fact that your status would be called "on call"

Pros

The best part of working at QVC was the health insurance and benefits package that I received. Also, it was fun to work in the fashion district of Manhattan.

Cons

We were apart of a satellite office in NYC, our office was lacking windows and we were all stacked on top of each other as if we were a digital sweat shop. Management was a complete joke, and HR ignored all submissions regarding the abuse of power my manager was inflicting on my team.
