Work from home was good but finding hours that were reasonable was never possible.

Cons

Management hides, does not know the answer to many questions and the training is scant. You get it once you get on the phone but not before then.

Pros

That used to be a wonderful company to work for can't say that anymore. Since they have merged with HSN everything has gone downhill. Good benefits but will take half your paycheck. 40% discounts nice.

Cons

Unable to use the restroom other than brakes Can't call in when sick You Have to do vacation bid six months in advance and you still may not get the time off.
