Raises depend on how much you put in

The pay was low for me. The company brought in other mechanics from the outside and didn't give proper raises to the loyal employees that have worked their for years. I was promoted to the mechanic role and was given a marginal raise, but the mechanics hired from the outside were making a lot more than me. This led to my eventual leave from the company, which a lot of people their in the same spot as me did the same thing. Production employees were treated poorly their also. I came from production and it felt like I was working in a sweat shop. Company didn't care about the Lancaster site as they completely shut it down to move forward with their agenda. They told us for years they would never do such a thing, but they lied.
