Pros

Employee discount Occasionally get to meet celebrities that go on air. Matches 100% of the first 3% in 401K and then half of the next 3% that you contribute.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Employees frequently staying up late to submit midnight reports to upper management. No accountability for cross functional teams. Merchandising team blamed for other departments. Constant "fire drills". Management constantly asking for HOT reports to be done in 1 hour and giving no explanation into why it is needed. Lots of red tape in the approval processes making it difficult to execute tasks with agility. Does not value employees and has frequent layoffs, yet still advertises their charitable donations and what an "altruistic" company they are.
