Love working from home. Easy job for the right person.

Cons

Talk time is very short and limits what you can help customers with.

Pros

I really like how progressive and diverse QVC is and how those values permeate through the company. Pretty much everyone is working at home due to COVID. Company provides the equipment and a pretty through 5 week training.

Cons

Dealing with customers on the phone non-stop is pretty draining and very tough. Basically CSR has to bend over backwards for the customer even if they are being an a**. Time is tightly managed with two 15 minute breaks and just a 30 minute lunch. You can only go to the bathroom during these times. A lot of micromanaging. You have to adhere to tight time goals and if you miss your target because you have a hard call, oh well...
