Pros

I love the ability to work from home. QVC provides all of the necessary equipment and pays for the dedicated internet connection.

Cons

Hours available are based on company business and the virtual associates get the leftovers, hours that most don't want to work. Getting the required number of hours is often difficult if you have another job. Supervisors are not usually available to help and are not very responsive.

Pros

Nice benefits even for part-time employees. Most Mgrs and Supervisors are nice.and available when needed. Cafeteria personnel super nice and helpful regardless of how busy they are. Building is immaculate. Housekeeping personnel do a great job in maintaining a good image. They do a great job.

Cons

I have a schedule where I don't have consecutive days off. I think new employees need better training and/or longer and more detailed training.
