Pros

You can do what is called a self switch where you can switch your regular work day for an off day in your schedule, competition between teams to win items or parties or an extra day off. All benefits after 90 days

Cons

Management will do something for a customer that you tills them no on, which undermines what you previously told the customer and this now makes you look incompetent. Depending on your supervisor they freaky don't have your back and care kiss about stats
