Pros

They regularly deposit money into my bank account. Data products probably will not go out of style anytime soon.

Cons

People are rude, condescending, and not willing to work together. Things will be demanded from top leadership and everyone will scramble to get it done despite the fact it was a stupid idea to begin with and we never should have done it. The final result is employees who don't like working together because they were put under enormous pressure to get a project done, unsatisfied fellow employees (with the project's final results), chaos, and generally nothing to show for it except we 'checked the box' that it happened. Poorly managed layoffs occurred starting mid July and are still ongoing, leading to an enormous culture of fear as every week or so it seems you learn someone else has been told their time is up. You never know when it might be your turn!

Pros

Free drinks and snacks, work from home.

Cons

This company is a total mess. I joined Qlik in 2016 from a top tier top 5 global company as I was told my role was highly needed and there was lots of upside growth potential both for the company and my role. Fifteen months later I was told that my position was being eliminated. This company has ZERO onboarding and the only way you can get access to anything is to discover one system and access point at a time that you don't have access so you had to manually request access for each and every item Ridiculous!! Why don't you establish access ahead of time based on the parameters and system requirements of the role? HR is almost non-existent, all of them work from home and it's next to impossible to get in touch with any of them. The turnover in sales is like nothing I've ever seen before, part of my role involved mapping sales reps for quota attainment and incentive compensation purposes. Everytime I pulled the report there was major change and turnover. The culture and morale in the Radnor office is non-existent. No one introduces themselves to you, everyone works in silos, there's no office camaraderie.

Pros

Flexible work style in Radnor.

Cons

Long term people no longer believe Lars when talking about culture, like right before cancelling last major cultural event (Academy). Communication is terrible. Open and Straightforward is lost – stereotype of corporate culture has taken over. Nod and smile. Terrible morale in mgmt under Finance, IT and HR, resulting from leaders X-team put in place. None have a clue about true culture, and a lot of micro-management. No interest in learning about employee concerns, as employee survey was permanently removed. This week’s RIF has removed those responsible for corporate ops and made morale worse for those who remain, trying to hold it together. A lot of experienced back office people looking for next job. Corporate bonus structure redone last year, then not followed at year-end, with no explanation. Back office evaluated on revenue and profit margin they can’t directly control, while Sales shows little to no cost control while making commissions.
