      Pros

      Management style encourages employee career growth. Compensation practices are competitive and hard work is frequently rewarded. Time off is generous and employees are encouraged to use it. The work is challenging and interesting. Those looking for a great place to grow your career should start here!

      Some managers are a little slow to turn over poor performers and a few areas of the company are still lagging in continuous process improvement momentum.

      There are far too many cons to list any pros but if I had to list any, I would see the Recruiters are really great people and nothing like the rest of the HR Operations Culture

      Cons

      There is no "Human" in HR. HR has a very toxic culture and extremely high turnover. Executive HR Management is very cavalier and does not communicate with any HR employees below their status. Turnover rate is extremely high. If you have valid complaints against managers, Employee Relations will spend time investigating to see how they can avoid liability rather than fairly and justly do what HR is expected to do for ALL employees. When you challenge HR and stand up to unfairness, HR has a culture that will find ways to slyly retaliate .
