      Pros

      Very lax work environment. PTO and Holiday

      Cons

      4% profit sharing/incentive pay from mid-level management down. Next level is 15%. Leadership doesn't do any coaching or building of employees that looking to advance. Inconsistent policy enforcement. Do not take care of the highly knowledgeable and experienced operators to help with retention.

      A good company to join if you have little to no experience in RF Design

      Pros

      Welcomes new graduates, even those with little to no hands-on experience in RF design. Provides comprehensive training programs to help new hires build strong technical skills.

      Cons

      Low motivation among senior employees due to poor compensation. Most senior engineers start looking for other job opportunities after contributing for two to three years. Extremely unprofessional HR team with poor communication skills and lack of basic courtesy when interacting with employees. The immigration team, based on what I’ve heard, fails to effectively support the immigration needs of the workforce and often relies on their limited, novice-level knowledge.

      The local team (Texas) are hard-working and skilled professionals. Qorvo offers "managed time off" instead of a fixed PTO.

      Cons

      Clueless upper management whose poor strategic thinking leads to huge financial losses, layoffs. Overly complicated work processes, micromanagement.
