Pros

work-life balance if you work smart way, good inner circles, good for fresh graduates to learn something in low pay

Cons

benefits are not strong compared with competitors, some employee are way off the class with verbal abuse, some upper management is racially biased, strong inner circle for promotion, looks like hiring anyone close or related regardless qualification

Pros

Qorvo U.S. Inc. is quick to give a job offers and will support employees who show loyalty, and place the interests of management before their own well being.

Cons

• The management has implemented the practice of defaming and blacklisting employees who complain or questions the unethical personnel practices. • There is no safety (EHS) policy or training, and injuries are higher than normal. The shift manager instructs supervisor to leave the building as "save themselves," if there is a facilities -related emergency. • There are no HR managers onsite, and shift supervisors are expected to spy on employees, their behavior, and use promises of full-time employment and health benefits to motivate temporary employees. • The facility in Richardson, TX, produces military devises and security violations do expose supervisors to individual liability, but there is no training on the federal regulations and violations occur regularly. • Employees or managers who report concerns to the Ethics/Legal/HR department or immediately terminated and punished by refusing to pay the agreed salary or cover benefit costs. • The manufacturing team regularly bypasses minority contractors looking for full-time positions. Supervisors are trained to tardiness as a pretext to discriminate against minorities and employee with disabilities.

Worst Decision of My Life

Pros

Pay was good while it lasted.

Cons

I was recruited from my previous employer with stories of greatness, but it was a mirage. I was laid off just over a year. It was truly the worst decision I have made in my life. Most employees have a low opinion of management. It’s chaotic and I would warn against working here.
