Most of what I've read here is true.

Pros

The people were nice and tried to be helpful.

Cons

Like most large sales orgs that have been around for awhile, the more tenured reps have ended up with the preponderance of plum accounts. But thats not a Neopost thing. I've seen it in my last three stops. Hiring on now as an AE or MAE is an uphill battle. You're going to be starting at ground zero. Ask about lease ends in your territory. Neopost has stated that you need to generate 70% of your quota from existing, expiring leases. Its a quick way to know if you have a realistic chance of attaining quota.

Pros

Having a reasonably small organization and also a fairly flat org structure make Quadient in North America great to be involved in. Management are all engaged and available and innovation and good work are all well recognized and rewarded.

Cons

as with any consulting role, there is up to 50% travel involved. However company policy is that no weekends away are required, so any longer engagements allow travelling home for weekends which is great for the family.

Pros

Great products with limited travel

Cons

Employees aren't trusted to do their jobs autonomously. Management requires the review and approval of all proposals over $10K. As the company makes the transition into solution based selling; products are introduced without truly understanding sales cycles and/or implementation. No matter how many things you do right, they will always find something to scrutinize.
