Co-workers were hard working folks. Solid rapport was built between both sales and service. Benefits were very good and reasonably priced.

Cons

Upper management did not seem to be in touch with the branch employees. This was reflected whenever discussed at a quarterly meeting

Good benefits, pays well, good team of salespeople to work with and Corporate office personnel are very nice to work with.

Cons

High turn over with management and sales, play favorites amongst sales team, lack of job security, pay is okay as long as you attain your yearly quota base pay is increase or decreases according to what you sell.
