Pros

Neopost allowed me to intern in several departments during my two summers of working there. I got to experience every aspect of the business focusing mostly on legal, marketing and human resources. Neopost kept there employees very knowledgable about what was going on in the compay. Every quarter they had quartely communication meetings where the upper management would report back to the whole company about the status of their department.

Cons

I really enjoyed my internship experience at Neopost. Everyone was really willinging to help me learn. They only con about the internship was that I was the only intern. It would have been nice to have some one else to share my experience with and bounce ideas off of.

Pros

Most of the people (non-managers) who work there are great. It is an agile shop with small team focus. The fully stocked breakroom is also nice, but I doubt it'll be around for much longer.

Cons

The new CEO cares very little about what anyone other than his upper management team thinks. What was once an open-door and tight-knit community is now closed off and corporate feeling. When once there were social events and happy hours, the new regime doesn't support any of those types of fun employee activities. If you like working for a place where voicing a legitimate business concern might get you fired, Neopost is the place for you.

Pros

OK benefits, 401k matching is excellent (50% of first 8%), nice offices

Cons

Management by dictatorship, no input allowed by employees and those who speak up put their career at risk. A number of verbal employees have been let go over the last year because of their viewpoints, and many other good employees have left. It is a tense place to work, where nepotism and favoritism is rampant, salaries are low, promotions are in name only (no merit pay to go along with additional responsibility). Lots of secrets and hidden agendas. The president is very cheap.
