What a great company & job!

Great Management team at the local & national level. Incredible support to assist sales rep in achieving success. If you work----- you will reap the rewards.

Cons

I have not encountered any negative issues within this organization. Some of the people hired in the past that were not successful- had no idea of dealing with hardware & software solutions. You have to look "outside of the box"

Good pay if you manage to sell anything managers seem to just look on facebook all day I suppose its a solid 401k plan

Cons

- Managers give you no respect and do not understand your job -Managers care more about you being polite then selling -Managers pretty much just look for all ways to fire you

Neopost is not half as good as its cranked up to be, but it is a good company to work for.

- Good Training, - If you have the right manager then Good Support, - If you have a central london patch then you can earn a lot of money, - Product and Service is much better then Arch Rival

Cons

- Disturbingly high staff turnover in my one year there most of the 24 salespeople in my office left, - Product and Services are chronically over priced, - Only sell franking machines whilst arch rival is selling everything else too from stationary to copiers, - Targets are unrealistic, in the monthly management meetings i only ever saw a handfull of people hit target (intrestingly they have a central london patch)
