Pros

Can make some money at NAE position or above, Lots of freedom, Some nice people, Big territory, Good bonuses

Cons

Poor training, bad revenue splitting policies, lots of favortism, run like a "mom and pop" in a bad way, disconnect between corporate and dealer network, poor pricing support, management may ask you to be unethical, road warrior position, poor work/life balance, CRM cluttered/unorganized, and some reps will not hesitate to snake your accounts.

Good starter sales job

Pros

Protected territory, little competition, and decent benefits. It was a good learning experience for a person new to sales.

Cons

The yearly compensation plan would come out and be retroactive. Each year it was a little more limiting in the types of equipment you could sell based on your title as well as how much commission you could earn.
