Pros

* Bunch of smart and hardworking peck * Innovates with the market. Company has been in business for more than 15 years, and innovates with marketing industry demand. * Heaven for technologists to learn and implement new technologies. * Good reward program for hardworking individuals. * Long lasting customers/clients * Flexible working hours, as long as you get the job done. * Friendly and down to earth management team * Encourages fun events at work

Cons

* Hostile environment? really?!! NOT TRUE. While going through a re-org in any company (small or large), low performing people are laid off. If you do not consider yourself smart enough and is not ready for challenging start-up like work environment to advance your career, then this is not the right fit for you. Some people do not understand that, and rants on glassdoor with fake rumors.

Appreciate the feedback from a current employee on pros, cons and advice to management. We have made strides in our hiring process this year and continue to evolve the process to determine the best for Quaero. We are open to any additional suggestions you may have on this topic. Additionally, it is our intent to dissolve false rumors about the company by continuing to focus on the positive progress we are making with our clients, employees and current resources.

Pros

At a first glance it appears to be a friendly workplace but soon you will realise the game !

Cons

They hire people when they need to get some urgent work done , So after a few months when the work is complete the person will be terminated . Poor and pathetic shabby set up . They have been building a product for almost 5 years with no customers . When questioned about their terminations the answer you get will be 'we are transitioning to a product based company therefore we are closing down the services ' How long will a company be in transition mode ? 5 years is way too long . Management lacks integrity and ethics . That is the reason why the company hasn't made any growth . Outdated technology stack . Join at your own risk , for you will anyway be terminated within 1 year ! Their name doesn't add value to your resume . Firing is a common everyday practise here Now they don't have anymore folks to fire that's why they are hiring more.

We use several internal forums to collect data and overwhelmingly people refer to their co-workers as a positive part of the work experience. The unfortunate events that are referenced in this post are highly unconstructive, false and largely untrue. We value all employees and do our best to support, grow and train them with various opportunities.
