Pros

Good work culture,wonderful opportunities to learn new technology. As mentioned earlier only the best are recruited and paid well. Those who are not technically strong might as well ignore the company.

Cons

Losers stay away from this company. The company is bound to scale new heights.

Pros

The people were actually great. Intelligent, hard working, and fun. Work was interesting and compensation was good.

Cons

Absolutely no strategic vision. Used to be a consulting firm and has been trying to transform itself into a product company for several years, but has been losing clients and employees constantly. Team in India continues to be built up while US employees are let go. Massachusetts office went from 30 employees 2 yrs ago down to <5 now.

We do pride ourselves on a great group of people who work very hard and are great at what they do! As part of our organizational strategy toward being product focused we have focused our hiring efforts in specific locations and are spending energy on building the brand in the market.

We conduct exit interview with all in employees in hopes of gaining feedback such as this. We encourage employees to share specifics with HR on details we can provide to management to improve.
