Co Worker are nice, management can be supportive, good place to learn analytical chemistry

Disappointing pay, Company is reactive rather than proactive, lot of "in-house" fighting, not a lot of room to grow internally within the company, communication between groups is terrible, no real career path, hard to stay and feel invested in the company,
