Good for Learning. Very Redundant

Pros

Good learning experience in a GMP Environment. People are very pleasurable to work with. Some supervisors willing to listen and help. Employees knowledgeable.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Redundant. The normal underpaid complaint. Raises are very small. No overtime, but there is bonus pay, for Weekend Work, otherwise very rare. Lots of negativity and confusion coming from supervising members. Lots of in-house fighting. Very little communication between senior staff to newer staff.

Pros

Good experience. Some times it is a hard to move forward, but if you stay there for more than a years your likely to get trained in many things.

Cons

Low income. Not the greatest management. Dated record keeping.
