Incentives not worth the Workload

Pros

Excellent people, opportunity to work with very large customers early in your career.

Cons

Senior leadership has lost the trust of the organization, sub-par incentives to stay ever since the company was taken private in the PE acquisition. Convoluted and unnecessary complicated promotion cycle. TONS of work thrown on the plate of XM Success Managers, book sizes have grown with responsibilities, not shrunk.

Pros

Excellent co-works, given freedom to innovate, fair compensation and benefits, experience bonus (the company gave employees an annual bonus to spend on an experience), wellbeing benefits were nice.

Cons

Terrible management, they continue to hire individuals who don't know what they are doing. The leadership doesn't even seem to enjoy their jobs and their knowledge of the products is poor.
