      - Good pay and benefits, not sure how long it will remain like so

      Cons

      - XM company offers the worst XM to its employees. - Tumultuous leadership doing random layoffs without any impact analysis. - "Leaders" earning do not want to forego even partial compensation at the expense of employees - Ruthless and toxic culture

      The team and direct co-workers have been amazing. I have learned so much during my time here.

      Cons

      Qualtrics Leadership have thrown away all the potential this company had. Every decision since I joined has always been on increasing value immediately and ignoring any long term consequences. Many people are leaving and those of us left are being asked to do more with less.

      Pros

      Some good non-medical benefits. Most people are easy to work with and truly care about each other’s success which has made my time here enjoyable. Office perks like snacks, drinks, and free lunches every day make going into the office not too bad. If you like a lot of ambiguity you will like Qualtrics.

      Cons

      This is an enterprise-sized company operating as a small start-up and it's apparent at every turn. Very small amount of cultural and gender diversity in leadership. Transparency seems to be pushed as a main value of the company but is noticeably lacking as a priority from the top down. Decisions are made without critical understanding of organization/team operations.
