I've been with the company 6 months. The company has a great training program to help new engineers and encourages professional development. Good pay and couldn't ask for better coworkers.

Cons

Growing company with many offices around the country. I have met many new engineers in the training program who speak highly of their respective offices. But if you have ever worked for company with multiple crews, your mileage may vary.
