A Great Company to work for

Pros

The atmosphere and personnel are exceptional. The benefits are equal, if not better, than most other companies. The company allows for hybrid work so some time in the office and other times remote. I haven't been here a year yet, but I cannot find anything negative about this company.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is the commute when I do go into the office. But to quantify that con, I must say that it is a much better commute than I have had in previous employments.
