Pros

Pay is good-with market, remote work, not micro managed, supportive of training, they pay for your phone service.

Cons

Severely understaffed yet expected to perform at top levels. I don’t feel cared about as a person that has a real life outside of work. Before I accepted this job, I was very clear about my circumstances that require extra time off in the short term and they said they would work with me. Even on the weeks that I’ve taken one day off I’ve still worked over 40! At least I didn’t have to spend PTO. I do feel that we are experiencing growing pains from all of the rapid recent acquisitions. People may be trying to find their place and find the systems that work best. Those of us here right now may just be here at a bad time. I hold out hope that it will get better but it’s not easy right now.

Pros

They will throw money at you if you get other offers.

Cons

Unsafe, they feign safety, forge safety paperwork after the fact, point fingers when you cut your finger. Culture is nasty, advertise training, then never let you go. Money money money

It is unfortunate that you had a negative experience with our company. Our most important core value is Safety First, We All Own It. We take this very seriously, and our records would show that. The engagement at all levels of the company regarding Safety is again a top priority. If you had a different experience, I would encourage you to contact me directly so we can investigate, as this is not something we take lightly. Training & Development is also key to our company. Therefore, it would be hard to respond without knowing the details of if or why you were denied an opportunity to attend a session(s). While I’d like to thank you for taking the time to write a review, I would encourage you to contact me directly if there are actual events we should be looking into further.
