Unsustainable & extreme work pressure, Lack of humanity, No work-life balance at all where at certain times, you will be expected to work late nights (rather early mornings). The most late I have worked is till 4.30 am. Extremely dirty politics, Lacks good leadership. extreme rude behaviour all the way from the co-founders. They know how to put themselves in the spotlight infront of the media, but the true is something only the employees know.
